About the Role

We are hiring customer-focused professionals for an International Banking Customer Support Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in any industry, BPO, or customer service.
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred.

• Comfortable working in rotational UK shifts and rotational week-offs.

This is a customer-facing international role. Candidates should have fluent English communication with minimal to no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). A communication assessment will be conducted during the interview process.
