• Serve as point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on products and benefits.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of policy transactions and communications.
• Be flexible for 100 percent night shift starting from 8:30 PM and participate in training (RTO).

• Life & Annuity Specialist is responsible for managing and administering life insurance policies and annuity contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role encompasses policy issuance, claims processing. What are we looking for?
• Candidate should be flexible for 100 percent night shift start from 8.30 PM and RTO during the training
