Job Role (Summary):

Handle outbound customer calls professionally, Provide accurate information and effective

resolutions,

Maintain proper call documentation and CRM updates, Adhere to quality, compliance, and process guidelines, Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience

Meet daily productivity and quality KPIs

Lead Conversion Process Handle inbound/outbound customer calls on Skin care/ cosmetology related queries . Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and convert the lead to a walkin for enquiry . ( lead closures) Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Role: Associate Operations CSA Salary:

Take home 17K - 22K in-hand

Shift: Rotational Shift & 6 days working , 1 day Rotational weekoff Work Mode: Work from Office
