Job summary

Garbha Gudi Pharma in Bengaluru is seeking a motivated Junior Associate for our Pre-Sales Calling team. You will be the first point of contact for potential couples, generating interest and qualifying leads for our products and services.

The role offers an excellent entry-level path into sales and couple engagement, with responsibilities spanning outbound calls, CRM record-keeping, and collaboration with the management to refine scripts and messaging.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective couples.

• Identify couple needs and determine how our solutions can meet those needs.
• Qualify the leads based on defined criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture and convert interest into opportunities.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (e.g., call volume, lead conversions).
• Collaborate with the manager to refine call scripts and messaging.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
