Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen existing accounts and build new relationships across the branch network in India. You will focus on delivering outstanding service, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and supporting daily banking operations.

The role requires clear communication, problem solving, and teamwork to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer relationship management or related field.
• Knowledge of banking products including savings, loans and cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
