Ghaziabad Mechfab Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support long-term growth in the manufacturing and steel structures sector.

You will coordinate across Sales, Projects, Production, and Accounts to ensure timely delivery, handle inquiries, and follow up on quotations, orders, and payments. Strong communication and MS Excel/CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales coordination.
• Experience in the PEB, steel structure, manufacturing, or construction industry will be preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Production, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, project updates, and pending payments in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Maintain customer databases, communication records, and follow-up reports.
• Regularly communicate project progress and delivery updates to customers.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and elevate critical matters to management.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on customer interactions, complaints, pending issues, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal departments, and support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in the manufacturing, construction, or steel structure industry.

Key Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience
