Job summary

Raj Packagings (brand: Rajpet) is commissioning a new caps & closures plant at Ecotech-10, Greater Noida. The role puts you at the voice of the company for beverage, packaged water, edible oil and FMCG customers, managing orders from confirmation to delivery and payment.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of B2B customer management experience, is fluent in English, and comfortable persistent follow-ups and Excel-based reporting. This is a ground-floor, growth-focused position.

Location: Plot 52, Ecotech-10, Greater Noida

Salary: 30,000 - 46,000 per month

Experience: 4-9 years

Raj Packagings (brand: Rajpet) runs four PET preform manufacturing plants in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, supplying 500+ FMCG, beverage and edible oil brands across India. We are commissioning a new caps & closures plant at Ecotech-10, Greater Noida with FANUC all-electric machines, and are building the founding team for this unit.

This is a ground-floor role in a new plant. You will set up how things work rather than inherit a system.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the voice of the company to our customers beverage, packaged water, edible oil and FMCG brands. From order confirmation to delivery to payment, you own the relationship.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Follow up with customers on orders, dispatch schedules and feedback
• Coordinate with plant and dispatch to give customers accurate delivery dates
• Handle complaints professionally and close them with the internal team
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain customer records and share weekly status reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 25 years handling B2B customers (companies, not retail consumers)
• Fluent, polished spoken and written English - this is essential
• Calm under pressure, especially when a customer is upset
• Comfortable making repeated follow-up calls until you get an answer
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and professional email

GOOD TO HAVE

Manufacturing or packaging industry experience; CRM software exposure

Salary is indicative. We are open to discussing a higher package for an exceptional candidate.
