Mahindra Finance is seeking a customer service professional to build strong relationships with customers in the Assam region. You will address queries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or financial services, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset to foster long-term relationships and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years in customer service or financial services.
• Experience in NBFC/banking preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
