Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a CRM/Client Relationship Manager in Odisha to strengthen customer relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities across banking products. You will work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high service quality for a diverse customer base.

Preferred 3–5 years of CRM experience in banking/NBFC, with strong knowledge of deposits and investment products and a track record of meeting sales targets through effective cross-selling and excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or related field in banking/NBFC preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking products including fixed deposits, mutual funds, general insurance, investment products.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds sales, general insurance sales, investment products, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and product penetration.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
