Job summary

UltraTech Cement is looking for a sales-focused professional to manage and strengthen relationships with RMC customers and to generate new business opportunities. You will handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints, coordinating with Plant, Dispatch, Quality, and Technical teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

You will track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback while maintaining accurate records and regular follow-ups to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with good commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of RMC/construction industry preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and achieve targets.
