Job summary

MyGate is hiring a Client Delight Executive (Relationship Manager) in Raipur to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless experience with our products and services. You will be the primary contact for assigned clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewals, coordinating with internal teams, and driving timely renewals while maintaining professional communication.

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing priorities.

About the Role
