Job summary

JITO in Indore, India is seeking a midlevel customer experience associate for an onsite, full-time role. You will engage customers through outbound calls to understand their product experience and satisfaction, while documenting insights in our CRM system.

Gathered feedback will cover fragrance, texture, packaging, usability, and overall performance, with a focus on identifying improvements and sharing findings with Product, Marketing and CX teams to maintain a premium, customer-first brand

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to understand their product experience and satisfaction.
• Gather detailed feedback on fragrance, texture, packaging, usability, and overall product performance.
• Capture and document customer insights accurately within CRM systems.
• Identify recurring concerns, preferences, and improvement areas.
• Support post-purchase feedback initiatives, NPS/CSAT calls, and research campaigns.
• Share structured feedback and insights with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and CX.
• Ensure every interaction reflects a warm, premium, and customer‑first brand voice.
