Job summary

Ginger Affordable Solutions in Thrissur seeks a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to manage client portfolios for our WhatsApp Chatbot service, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing satisfaction.

You will build strong relationships, tailor solutions, coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams, and conduct periodic reviews to drive retention. Fluency in English and a background in CS/IT with Python/AI certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or certifications in Python/AI.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies.
• Female candidates below 35 years preferred.
