Job Summary

Cutis International Cosmetic Clinic is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Manager cum Patient Counsellor to manage patient counselling, sales conversions, and telecalling operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to lead a team while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding hair, skin, cosmetic, and aesthetic treatments through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Convert enquiries into paid consultations, treatments, and packages.
• Follow up with potential, existing, and inactive leads to maximize conversions.
• Handle high-value patients and resolve sales objections professionally.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and telecalling team.
• Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and monitor individual and team performance.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, payments, and conversions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, patient retention, and clinic revenue.
• Ensure ethical counselling and provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and packages.

Required Skills

Qualification and Experience

• Any graduate or diploma holder.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, patient counselling, telecalling, customer relationship management, or team leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, dermatology, hair clinics, cosmetic or aesthetic clinics, wellness, or beauty industries will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with high-ticket sales and team-handling experience will be preferred.
