ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Customer Relationship Executive in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. You will maintain strong relationships with existing customers while handling their feedback and service requests. You are accountable for following up on pending issues, identifying retention opportunities, and keeping customer databases and CRM records accurate and up to date.
