Job summary

Homelane is seeking a customer-focused professional in Bengaluru to manage relationships with existing customers and coordinate post-project care. The role involves site visits with the Care Team, handling issues, and generating referral leads to drive business growth.

You will build strong customer relationships, review sites for snags, and ensure a positive post-project experience. Willingness for extensive on-site travel and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, business development, customer success or similar roles.
• Strong face-to-face engagement skills and ability to manage existing customers.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit completed projects and meet customers with the Care Team.
• Review sites, identify snags, and coordinate with Care Team for resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and generate referral leads through site visits and customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive post-project customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and records of interactions and referrals.
• Complete site visits per week as part of role responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit completed projects and meet customers along with the Care Team.
• Review sites, identify snags/issues, and coordinate with the Care Team for timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and generate referral leads through customer and site visits.
• Ensure a positive post-project customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and records of customer interactions and referrals.
• Complete approximately 1820 site visits per week.
