Job summary

TSS Advertising in Bengaluru is seeking a telecalling professional to make outbound calls to clients and potential customers for sales follow-ups and service inquiries, delivering a courteous, results-driven customer experience.

You will maintain records of calls and customer details, coordinate with the sales team to provide backend support, and follow up with branch offices to ensure timely updates and smooth coordination; you will also prepare and share reports with internal teams on call

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (sales or customer support preferred).
• Fluent in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
