Job summary

UltraTech Cement is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory through active market exploration, deep client engagement, and regular site visits to project managers and site in-charges.

You will develop competitive proposals for Retail and Medium segment customers, gather market intelligence on pricing and trends, coordinate onboarding and SAP code creation with internal teams, manage collections, and help achieve revenue targets while maintaining pricing

Qualifications

• MBA or B.Tech with relevant RMC experience.
• Experience in customer-facing sales and territory growth.

• Drive business growth by identifying and exploring market opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Conduct market intelligence activities by gathering competitor insights on pricing, incentives, and market trends.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and engagement with project managers, site in-charges, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market dynamics and customer requirements to strengthen market position and drive sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, SAP code creation, and seamless order execution.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and effective management of receivables, including critical outstanding cases.
• Monitor customer-wise sales, collections, and outstanding payments to support business objectives.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline as per company guidelines.
