• Quality Documentation (MIS): Maintain LabSys records and update per QCI/ISO; keep calibration records.
• Product Testing: Inspect raw materials, reject non-conforming materials, coordinate cube testing, test concrete cube strength, and trial admixtures.
• Production Quality Control: Monitor workability at batching plants and projects; ensure correct admixture dosage.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the quality of raw materials and concrete at RMC plants while maintaining compliance with company quality standards and BIS specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Conduct product demonstrations of VAC products for customers.
• Explain product functionality and applications.

2. Customer Support

• Resolve customer complaints related to:
  • Concrete cracks
  • Workability
  • Slump control
  • Pumping issues
  • Cube test failures
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback.

3. Quality Lab Management

• Maintain quality control laboratories.
• Ensure availability of relevant BIS Codes.
• Keep product displays and testing facilities updated.

4. Quality Documentation (MIS)

• Maintain laboratory quality records in Labsys.
• Update records as per QCI and ISO requirements.
• Maintain calibration records of testing equipment.

5. Product Testing

• Inspect and test raw materials.
• Reject materials that do not meet quality specifications.
• Coordinate third-party cube testing whenever required.
• Conduct concrete cube strength testing.
• Perform admixture and material dosage trials.
• Ensure all products meet prescribed quality standards.

6. Production Quality Control

• Monitor concrete workability and cohesiveness at the batching plant and project site.
• Ensure correct dosage of admixtures during batching.
• Support efficient production while maintaining product quality.
