Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy seeks a Customer Support Executive for a top MNC client in Bangalore. This permanent on-site role requires 2–3 years total experience, with at least 1.5 years in customer support, and offers a salary of 2 LPA–3.6 LPA. Immediate to 15 days notice, Bengaluru location.

Candidates must have excellent English communication, be female, and be willing to work in rotational shifts in the office five days a week. No transportation provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of overall experience with at least 1.5 years in customer support.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience in voice and email/non-voice support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting.
• CRM tools knowledge including Zoho Desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls and emails (voice & non-voice).
• Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM interaction records.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly Excel reports.
