Job summary

Ascent Human Solution is seeking a QA/Quality engineer in Gujarat to handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and work with Production, QA, Design and Supplier Quality teams. The role emphasizes audit/compliance and corrective actions supported by data monitoring and reporting.

Candidate should be proficient with MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, and 7 QC Tools, with hands-on MINITAB experience and knowledge of automotive injection moulding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive injection moulding and quality tools.
• Strong knowledge of MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP and FMEA.
• Expertise in 7 QC tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience analysing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Design and Supplier Quality teams.
• Audit, compliance, and implement root cause corrective actions; monitor data & reporting.
