Job summary

Eugenics Management Services (p) Ltd. is seeking a Quality Lead to establish and continuously improve a QMS aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 at our manufacturing facility in India.

You will act as the primary liaison with automotive OEM customers, drive audits, and oversee IQC, IPQC and FQA across stamping, moulding, assembly, and testing processes. The role requires championing continuous improvement, applying APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC tools, and leading 8D problem

Qualifications

• Experience leading QMS in automotive manufacturing.
• Hands-on with IQC/IPQC/FQA management.
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS compliance and internal audits.
• Coordinate IQC, IPQC and FQA across stamping, moulding, assembly and testing.
• Drive 8D problem solving, RCA and CAPA across product lines.
• Interface with automotive OEM customers for feedback and warranty analysis.
