Job summary

TP is seeking a customer service professional to provide support to international clients via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, document interactions in the CRM, and strive to meet targets for metrics like first contact resolution and handle time.

Candidates should have 1–8 years of experience in an International BPO, excellent English communication, and willingness to work rotational night shifts.

• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
