Job summary

Nurturing Nexis Hr Consulting Llp in Bengaluru is seeking a customer support associate to help customers with beauty and wellness products. You will handle queries across chat, email and calls, provide product information, and guide users on usage and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Any graduate with interest in beauty and wellness products.
• 6 months of experience in Customer Support, E-commerce, Retail, Beauty, Cosmetic, or Wellness Industry preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Good typing speed and multitasking ability.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, hair care, and wellness products is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
