Job summary

Aminu Wellness in Kandivali West, Mumbai, is seeking a Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact and ensure a smooth, informed customer experience with the brand.

You will assist customers via calls, WhatsApp/chat, and email, explain AMINU products, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns. On-site role, Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM, with a salary of 3–4 LPA.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of skincare and willingness to learn more.
• Empathetic, patient, and comfortable speaking with different customers.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and grow with a fast-moving team.
