Medanta is seeking a Business Development Executive for its Homecare Services. The role involves engaging with OPD patients to promote home sample collection, lab tests, and health check-up packages, generating bookings, and meeting targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business development or customer-facing roles with strong communication in Hindi and English. This is a permanent position with a fixed salary plus performance incentives, based in Gurugram.

About the Role

The role involves interacting with OPD patients and attendants to promote home sample collection, laboratory tests, and health check-up packages, generate bookings, and achieve assigned business targets.
