• Communicate with doctors, clinics, and customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, cases, treatment planning, aligners, delivery, and other services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely solutions.
• Follow up on pending cases, orders, approvals, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with doctors and clinic teams.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or coordinate with the appropriate department.
• Track customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and share important concerns with management.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, follow-ups, and case updates.
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
• Ensure timely communication and regular updates to customers regarding their cases.
• Prepare basic customer service reports and provide daily or weekly updates to the reporting manager.
