Job summary

Smart Vision Consultancy Services in Delhi NCR is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for the Domestic Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to domestic customers, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service from Delhi and Gurugram.

The candidate should have excellent English communication, be able to work in rotational shifts, stay composed under pressure, and be based in Delhi NCR. This is a full-time position with salary up to 3,50,000 CTC p.a.

• Escalate unresolved cases to the right team when needed.
