Smart Vision Consultancy Services in Delhi is hiring a customer care advisor for a voice process. Only graduates with a minimum of 1 year of similar experience and excellent communication skills can apply. Salary upto 5.5 LPA plus incentives; shift timing 9:00 am to 12:00 am; age upto 32 years; 5.5 days a week.

Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat, provide product information, upsell where appropriate, escalate issues, and maintain CRM records.
