Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank in Hyderabad is seeking a Current Account Executive-Wholesale Branch Operations to handle direct client interactions and smooth onboarding. The role involves visiting client premises and helping them fill account opening forms and documentation.

You will ensure best-in-class service, support business stake holders, maintain TAT, respond promptly to client queries, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Any Stream.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in handling Account Opening & related operations from Banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience, by ensuring best in-class customer service standards and processes.
• Responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements.
• To provide timely support to Business stake holders and manage client expectations.
• Ensure that TAT is always maintained.
• Timely response to the Client queries.
• Maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve Business goals.
• Ensure high quality customer service and NIL customer complaints.
• Ensure NIL audit comments in audit review.
