Job summary

Idfc First Bank Limited is seeking a Current Account Executive-Wholesale Branch Operations responsible for direct customer interaction and a smooth onboarding experience. The role includes visiting client premises to assist in account opening forms and document collection.

You will provide timely support to business stakeholders, maintain targets, and ensure prompt responses to client queries while upholding high quality service and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience, by ensuring best in-class customer service standards and processes.
• Responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements.
• To provide timely support to Business stake holders and manage client expectations.
• Ensure that TAT is always maintained.
• Timely response to the Client queries.
• Maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve Business goals.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and NIL customer complaints.
• Ensure NIL audit comments in audit review.
