Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

To acquire High-End Current Accounts through open market sourcing and drive cross-selling of the Bank's business banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire New-to-Bank High-End Current Accounts through lead generation and market sourcing.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets, including Premium Current Accounts (PCA) and balance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Bank policies, KYC, AML, and compliance guidelines.
• Facilitate seamless customer onboarding and handover to Branch Banking teams.
• Drive account activation by ensuring customers maintain required balances and transact actively.
• Promote adoption of digital banking channels, including Internet Banking and DSB solutions.
• Conduct lead generation activities within assigned markets and business catchments.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities for Trade, FX, CMS, DSB, and other banking products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide appropriate business banking solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks.
• MBA and IRDA certification preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in New-to-Bank Current Account acquisition with a bank.
• Preference for candidates with SME Banking experience.
• Strong understanding of local business markets and commercial catchments.
• Ability to source and acquire quality business banking customers.
• Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
