Job summary

HROne is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to actively source business from Kota, build new customer relationships, and drive growth through acquisition and retention. You will manage customer relationships and explore opportunities while traveling locally on a daily basis.

No specific educational qualification is required; fresher or experienced candidates are welcome. A valid two-wheeler and driving license, along with Aadhaar, PAN, and educational documents, are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source Business: Actively seek and source business from your assigned geography, building new customer relationships.
• Business Growth: Be responsible for building business volume and driving growth through customer acquisition and retention.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
• Explore Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand customer base and revenue generation.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis to meet business demands.

Requirements:

• Experience: Open to both fresher and experienced candidates.
• Transportation: 2-wheeler is mandatory, along with an active driving license.
