Job summary

The position requires 4–5 years of experience, with strong coordination and data management skills, and fluency in Hindi and English.

Qualifications

• MSW or BSW from a recognised university.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in the development sector.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders, report preparation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community work project.
• Manage logistics and daily operational tasks of the project.
• Work closely with beneficiaries.
• Develop content related to the program and facilitate sessions.
• Track progress and maintain data.
• Prepare regular reports as per project deliverables.
• Document best practices, success stories, and learnings for dissemination.

• MSW (Masters of Social Work) or related discipline or BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in development sector, working in community or related programmes on digital education, women empowerment, livelihood, etc.
• Experience in coordination with stakeholder, report preparation, and documentation

Skills

• Understanding of social sector programmes/projects
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and data management
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Able to handle project activities alone, manage logistics and work with timelines
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
