Job summary

TeamLease is seeking a detail-oriented CSR role in Mumbai to manage data, MIS, and volunteering initiatives. The role emphasizes robust data tracking, budget support, and cross-location coordination to maximize social impact.

You will work on maintaining data records, drafting MoUs, planning volunteering drives, and communicating effectively with internal teams. Prior CSR/NGO exposure is preferred, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSR data and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:*

• 1. *CSR Data & MIS* Maintain and track data for all CSR projects. Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• 2. *Budget & Documentation* Support in MoU drafting, budget mapping, and tracking project-wise spends.
• 3. *Volunteering Activities* – Plan, coordinate and execute employee volunteering programs across locations.
• 4. *Communication* – Draft internal communications, invites, and updates for volunteering drives.
• 5. *Data Management* – Maintain volunteering participation data, impact records, and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Good in Excel, data tracking, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Passion for social impact preferred.

Preferably : Graduate with 1-2 years experience in CSR/NGO projects
