Job summary

Tangsys Technologies is seeking an organized and proactive project manager to lead multiple CSR projects in Bengaluru. The role focuses on structuring data, aligning field and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution and comprehensive reporting.

You will set up and optimize CRM systems to track activities, deliverables and stakeholder engagement, while driving continuous improvement across processes. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in project management within CSR or education contexts,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, CSR, NGO, education or programme coordination.
• Experience in setting up or managing CRM/project management systems.
• Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Data Management & Reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with CSR/education projects will be an advantage.

• Ensure timely project documentation, reporting and closure.
• Continuously improve project management, CRM and reporting processes.
• Set up a CSR Funder communication calendar and make sure communication is timely, complete and as per engagement terms
