Qualifications

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Manager - CSR Business Development. In this role, he/she will be responsible for building partnerships, identifying opportunities and developing initiatives that align with our commitment to corporate social responsibility, corporate wellness and employee engagement.

Understanding of development sector, particularly healthcare skilling experience of resource mobilization & partnership.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances that align with company’s goals.
• Prepare pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and conduct research to identify and map potential corporates to maximize the impact.
• Donor-Management & Fundraising: Identify potential donors, funding opportunities, grant prospects.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement CSR strategies to drive business growth and social impact.
• Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advance CSR initiatives.
• Project Identification: Identify new CSR project opportunities that align with company values and objectives.
• Proposal Development: Develop proposals and pitches for CSR projects and partnerships. Ability to develop concept notes, proposals, reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, external partners, and communities to promote CSR initiatives.
• Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of CSR projects, ensuring they meet objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Reporting & Record Keeping: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, preparation of human touched stories/success stories including project updates, achievements, and challenges.
• Facilitates discussions, make presentation pitch to corporates, PSU's, Govt. department, CSR, Funding organizations.
• Willing to travel, team player, reports to the Head.

Other tasks may be assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Master degree in social sciences / Public Health / Hospital Management / MBA / Related Field.
• Leadership ability, including the capacity to set and manage accountability of self and others.
• Preferably 4-10 years of experience.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and corporate pitching, client handholding, securing partnerships, and delivering impactful projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Computer proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
