Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru seeks a Program Executive-CSR to plan, implement, monitor, and strengthen education initiatives. You will work with NGO partners, schools, government departments, and internal teams to deliver high-impact programs aligned with the CSR strategy.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project lifecycle management, partner onboarding, field visits, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Post graduate degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Development Studies).
• Must have 4 years or more experience in Education program/project management, in NGOs/Multilateral agency-funded projects.
• Understanding and experience working in education.
• Strong understanding of grant management processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage education projects aligned with the organization's CSR strategy.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
• Develop annual work plans, implementation schedules, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with NGO partners, schools, education departments, local communities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, identify challenges, and provide technical support to partners.
• Track project performance using defined indicators and learning outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement in program quality.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Identify, onboard, and manage implementation partners for education projects.
• Develop monitoring frameworks to assess progress, outcomes, and impact; prepare progress reports and knowledge products.
• Ensure education projects comply with CSR regulations, donor requirements, and organizational policies.

The person will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and strengthening the organization's education initiatives. The role requires a professional with strong program management skills, experience in education and community-based interventions, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to ensure quality implementation, monitoring, documentation, and compliance. The person will work closely with NGO partners, schools, government departments, and internal teams to deliver high-impact education programs aligned with the organization's CSR strategy.

Program Planning & Management

• Plan, implement, and manage education projects aligned with the organization's CSR strategy

and program objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring,

evaluation, and closure.

• Develop annual work plans, implementation schedules, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with NGO partners, schools, education departments, local communities, and internal

stakeholders to ensure timely and effective program delivery.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, identify challenges, and provide

technical support to partners.

• Track project performance using defined indicators and learning outcomes, ensuring continuous

Partner Management

impact.

• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries.
• Document best practices, success stories, lessons learned, and case studies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure education projects comply with CSR regulations, donor requirements, organizational

policies, and applicable statutory guidelines.

• Support due diligence, partner assessments, and grant management processes.
• Maintain accurate project records, approvals, financial documentation, and compliance reports.

Qualifications and Experience:
