Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing CSR programs and community development initiatives.
• Coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project implementation and track progress against defined objectives.
• Conduct field visits and assess the impact of CSR activities.
• Prepare CSR reports, presentations, and documentation for management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage CSR budgets, invoices, and expenditure tracking.
• Organize awareness campaigns, volunteering activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain CSR-related data and impact metrics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations and company policies.
• Support sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives where applicable.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and beneficiaries.
• Identify opportunities for new CSR projects aligned with organizational objectives.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Sociology, Rural Development, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree (MSW/MBA/PGDM) is preferred.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, NGO management, social development projects, or community engagement.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management is preferred.
