Job summary

Greythr in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses. You will work with store staff to follow SOPs, handle inquiries, and contribute to high customer satisfaction through sales service.

The role requires a graduate with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. You will perform follow-ups, support marketing initiatives, and collaborate with team members to achieve strong NPS and sales targets.

• Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses
• Following store SOPs with the team and store manager
• Handling customer queries and escalations at store level
• Performing follow-up calls to gather feedback and improve NPS
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Follow up on inquiries daily and coordinate marketing SMS blasts as directed
• Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication; fluent in English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses


• Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's


• Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.


• Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.


• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.


• Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.


• The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills, Must be fluent in English.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.


• Greeting customers and find out the needs.
