Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of costing principles, O&M procedures, TPH calculations, and OEE optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications related to crushing plant operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in cost control related to crushing plant operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of production planning, managing operations, Cone Crusher & Jaw Crusher, and OEE optimization techniques.
