Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in engineering field.
• 2–5 years of field service experience.
• Experience with crusher equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel frequently to field sites.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of track-mounted machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at site locations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients/operators.
• Ensure timely reporting of service activities and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at work sites.
• Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
