Enspirit Technology Services Hyderabad is seeking a CRM Product Manager to lead a supplier relationship management platform for an enterprise client. You will translate user needs into precise specs for the build team and manage scope.

You will own data models, run client reviews, and sequence delivery to achieve usable software within weeks. The role requires 5+ years of product ownership and deep CRM domain knowledge, with comfort working embedded in a client team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product or delivery ownership experience, including building something new.
• Genuine CRM domain knowledge: Accounts, contacts, activity, segmentation, lifecycle.
• Ability to write testable specifications that engineers can implement.
• Evidence of saying no well with constructive stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable working embedded with a client team and influencing rather than commanding.

CRM Product Manager

The role:

We are building a supplier relationship management platform for an enterprise client. You will turn what their users need into something the build team can deliver, and then hold the line on what is in scope and what is not.

The second part is the job. This is a first build with enthusiastic users and years of accumulated requests. Without someone holding scope, a ten-week build becomes a year.

If it goes well, the same approach is expected to be repeated across other parts of the client's business, and this role would lead that.

What you will do

What we need

• 5+ years product or delivery ownership, including building something new rather than only running an existing platform
• Genuine CRM domain knowledge. Accounts, contacts, activity, segmentation, lifecycle, and where the edges are. Salesforce or similar experience is valuable here as understanding rather than as configuration skill
• You write specifications engineers can build from. Testable criteria, not wish lists
• Evidence of saying no well. A stakeholder you liked, a request you declined, and a relationship that survived it
• Comfortable working embedded with a client team, where you have influence rather than authority
