Job summary

Cedcoss Technologies is seeking a CRM project manager to define scopes, plan timelines, and drive delivery for global clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholder communications, and ensure successful CRM implementations with HubSpot or Salesforce.

The role emphasizes risk management, documentation, and KPI tracking within a hybrid work setup across India. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years in CRM project management, strong communication, and a PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in CRM-based projects
• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms - HubSpot and/or Salesforce
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Lead implementation, customisation, and integration of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless CRM solutions meeting client requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to CRM projects
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and expectations
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation - SOWs, BRDs, and project reports
• Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and financial metricsImplement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards
• Conduct post-project reviews to gather learnings and improve future delivery
