Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defining the vision, roadmap, and requirements for CRM systems, specifically focusing on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Growth Optimization: Running experiments (A/B testing) to optimize customer funnels, conversion rates, and retention strategies.
