Job summary

Talentiser Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a Product Manager to own development and success of our product suite. You will ensure the product meets customer needs while aligning with company objectives and financial goals.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, design and other product teams to deliver high-quality specs, manage scope, and drive data-driven decisions. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
• Diploma or PG Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering is acceptable.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize new solutions with a data‑driven, test-iterate approach.
• Collaborate with tech, marketing and design to build loved products and deliver high-quality specs.
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle: strategy, research, requirements, UI, prototyping, rollout and enhancements.
• Devise digital campaign strategy to improve market penetration and depth.

Role Description A "Product Manager" is an important member of our product team. As a product manager you are responsible for development and success of product or group of product. Your primary goal is to ensure that the product(s) meet the needs and desire of the target customers while also achieving the companies's strategic objectives and financial goal.

Essential Duties

• Conceptualize new solutions: product conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test iterate approach.
• Build products: collaborate with tech, marketing, design, and other product teams to build products that are loved. produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products which create timely impact.
• Manage all the aspects of product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualization, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, rollout, and enhancements.
• Devise digital campaign strategy and initiatives to improve penetration and deepening.
