Job summary

Pragati Properties is seeking a customer relations and CRM specialist to manage enquiries from initial booking through possession. You will maintain accurate CRM data and coordinate with sales, legal, finance and project teams to ensure smooth processes.

You will handle documentation, track payments, send reminders, and keep customers updated on project progress and schedules, while generating reports on leads, conversions, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries & followups from booking to possession.

• Coordinate with departments: sales, legal, finance & project teams.
• Handle documentation: agreements, bank/financial papers, registration.
• Track payments & send reminders; assist in collection.
