• Understand customer requirements, design preferences, budget, location, and project timelines.
• Provide initial guidance on modular kitchen and wardrobe layouts, materials, finishes, and functionality.
• Explain Home Chapters offerings and consultation process.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, purchase intent, and readiness.
• Schedule consultations and hand over qualified leads to Design & Sales Consultants with complete customer information.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interaction history, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Ensure timely responses and a positive initial customer experience.
