Job summary

Shalimar Precision Enterprises in Delhi is seeking an after-sales service specialist to manage customer relationships, understand requirements, and deliver tailored solutions through our CRM systems.

The role requires excellent written communication, independent work, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience, including social media and email marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in after-sales service or related field; mechanical engineering background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software applications for managing customer interactions.
• Excellent written communication skills for reports, emails, and other documents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
