• Assist customers with health insurance-related queries, policy details, claims status, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding healthcare services and insurance processes.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
